Ripple Rotorua, Rotorua

My stay at Best Western Braeside was a delightful experience overall, especially due to the incredibly friendly staff and the outstanding restaurant. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed, although I did face some issues with the shower drainage and found the place a bit dated. Despite the minor drawbacks, the value for money was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cozy stay.

My stay at the motel was a mixed bag. While the location was excellent and the facilities were quite nice, the service could definitely use improvement. I loved the cozy room and found it well-equipped for my needs, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent spot but not without its flaws.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and modern, and it was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the gondola and Stratosfare restaurant. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, which I really appreciated. However, not everything was perfect – there were some minor issues with amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money considering the comfort and convenience.

Our stay at the resort was delightful, with exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff truly made our experience memorable with their warmth and helpfulness. While the location may not have been ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, it was sufficiently close to explore the region. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, although I wish there had been more vegetarian options in the dining area.
